The early years of a child’s life are filled with wonder and curiosity. At DaySpring Academy, we embrace this stage by engaging children in active, hands-on learning in a safe and nurturing environment. Our vibrant early childhood program, blends play-based learning with an academic foundation.
Our program features an integrated curriculum that incorporates learning centers, classroom games, and academic resources tailored to each class’s needs. Through interactive, hands-on activities, we reinforce key concepts, ensuring students are well-prepared to transition smoothly into primary school.
Our Curriculum
Our core principles begin with the simple truth that each child has a unique and individual nature, worthy of respect, nurture and celebration. We believe that children are natural learners who gain knowledge by doing and communicating — that is why we always plan active and engaging experiences for your child. It is our goal to facilitate experiences that promote children’s natural curiosity to actively learn, while creating an environment that allows children to grow and develop at their own pace.
Beyond the classroom, our philosophy focuses on the idea that vigorous and intentional play experiences are healthy and essential for young children. Part of this philosophy also includes the belief that positive relationships with peers and caring adults promote social and emotional skills that lay the foundation for lifelong success.
Our Programs
DaySpring Preschool has a mission to provide innovative programs that help children, families and staff work together to achieve the highest quality in early childhood education. We strive to nurture each child’s unique qualities and potential, support families through strong partnerships and create a work environment that encourages professionalism, growth & diversity. A well-planned child care environment helps promote a child’s inquisitiveness and approach to the learning process. From the atmosphere of the rooms to a low student-to-teacher ratio, DaySpring Academy is specifically designed to provide a warm, intimate and secure environment for children to learn, explore and grow at their own pace.
Summer Camp
Our Early Childhood summer program is designed to enhance the learning experience with age appropriate activities for all age groups. The camp provides fun, creative daily activities and experiences in a safe environment with our professional and caring staff. Our goal is for children to be challenged and engaged year-round! We offer a summer camp program during June and July for both toddlers and preschoolers.
